Every weft arrives with a signed SISI hang tag. It carries the details we need to verify your installation and speed up any future warranty claim. Keep it with your client record, or photograph it during registration.

What's covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Abnormal shedding
  • Abnormal breakage
  • Significant tangling or matting attributable to the product itself
  • Incorrect product supplied

What's not covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Chemical processing, bleaching, colouring, toners, perming or chemical straightening
  • Excessive heat styling
  • Incorrect installation or removal
  • Improper maintenance, brushing or excessive tension
  • Chlorine, salt-water or environmental exposure
  • Mechanical damage
  • Failure to follow SISI aftercare instructions

How to register

Sign in to your SISI trade account, choose the order the hair came from, and add the installation date, shade, length and batch number. Your 8-week warranty activates immediately and the expiry date is confirmed on screen and by email.

How to make a claim

Open the installation in your warranty dashboard and select ‘Submit a warranty claim’. Tell us what you are seeing, share photographs or video, and confirm the aftercare followed. We review every claim personally and may request the product for inspection.

The finer detail

  • Obvious manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of installation.
  • All warranty claims are subject to review and approval by SISI.
  • SISI may request photographic evidence, video evidence and/or the physical return of the product for inspection.
  • A warranty claim does not automatically guarantee a replacement, refund or credit.

The SISI Professional Warranty is valid for 8 weeks from the date of professional installation, and applies to hair supplied to and installed by an approved SISI trade account holder.
