We collect the information you give us directly: your name, salon or business name, email address, phone number, delivery address, professional qualifications (when applying for a trade account) and order details. Payments are processed by our secure payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

We use your information to review trade applications, process and deliver orders, manage warranties, respond to enquiries and, where you have agreed, share relevant brand updates. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
