Trade-only hair
The Empress Weft™ and all SISI hair products are sold exclusively to approved trade account holders — qualified hairstylists and extension specialists. Hair pricing is visible only to approved, signed-in trade accounts. SISI reserves the right to approve or decline trade applications at its discretion.
Tools & accessories
SISI tools and accessories — including the Installation Tool Kit, SISI VEIL™ threads, micro rings and hair grips — are available for purchase by both trade and retail customers through the online shop.
Orders & payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is completed through our secure checkout. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include delivery calculated at checkout. SISI may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.
Delivery
We deliver nationwide across South Africa via courier. Delivery fees and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address provided.
Professional application
The Empress Weft™ is a professional product intended for application by qualified extension specialists using the SISI Method™. SISI is not liable for results arising from application by unqualified persons or from failure to follow aftercare guidance.
Intellectual property
The Empress Weft™, SISI VEIL™, The SISI Method™, all shade names, imagery and brand assets are the intellectual property of SISI Premium Hair Extensions and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, SISI's liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
